REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect, damage, wrong item, or a printing quality issue, You are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us at care@cupcus.com within 20 days of receiving your order including the informations below:

If your claim is approved, we can issue a full refund or provide you with a replacement free of charge.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on the condition of payment, you will receive your refund within the following:

Debit/Credit Card: You can see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Which Type of Canvas We Use for Printing?

We use a heavyweight poly-cotton canvas, which combines polyester and cotton to create a wrinkle-free, lightweight, and low-maintenance material.

Which Type of Wood Do We Use for Canvas Printing?

Our stretcher bars are made from kiln-dried pine wood sourced from sustainable wood forests. It is a strong wood that can hold any size of canvas material firmly on it.

Which Type of Printers & Inks is Used for Canvas Printing?

We use the latest HP Latex printers with UL Certified GREENGUARD GOLD Ink for a water-resistant matte finish that won't scratch, crack, fade, or warp, ensuring reduced indoor pollution and chemical exposure.

Does the canvas arrive ready to hang?

Yes, ready to hang - It arrives with pre-installed sawtooth hanging hardware.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE PRODUCTS AND WHERE IS IT FROM?

Orders are produced in 4-5 business days and take another 3-5 days for USA domestic delivery, totaling 7-10 business days from purchase.
