Our goal here at CupCus is to offer you the best shipping experience possible! We do understand your worry when shopping online. We always keep track of every order and give customers full information by sending update emails regularly.

If you don’t receive your order after 30 days (which will likely never happen), you will get a 100% refund of your money without additional questions. We take a lot of pride in the superior quality of the canvas print within the farmhouse style décor we produce and that same attention to detail applies to our shipping department as well.

All of our prints are custom made to order, which means that there will be 2 time frames from when you purchase the goods until you receive them: Production Time and Delivery Time

Production Time

Our typical Production Time per order is 4-6 business days.

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as we complete this stage so that you can follow its progress right through final delivery to your address.

Delivery Time

All orders are 100% tracked. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to start showing shipping information.
