CANCELLATION POLICY

Modification (for personalized product) and Cancellation of an order is allowed on or before 11:00 pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day. After that time, the cancellation/modification will no longer be entertained.

If you want to modify or cancel your order, please contact us via care@cupcus.com to send your request, our customer support team is willing to support you.

RETURN POLICY

We believe that returning the product would cost you both time and money, and we would like to make things as easy as possible for you. If there is an issue with your order, we will refund or send you a replacement. Please following the Refund and Replacement policy below:

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

At CupCus, your satisfaction is our number one concern.
If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect, damage, wrong item, or a printing quality issue, You are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us at care@cupcus.com within 20 days of receiving your order including the informations below:

  • Order number or Order email or Transaction/invoice id
  • Video or photo of the faulty product
  • Delivery address
  • Phone number

If your claim is approved, we can issue a full refund or provide you with a replacement free of charge.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on the condition of payment, you will receive your refund within the following:
Paypal: 1 business day
Debit/Credit Card: You can see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
