Shipping policy

Every CupCus piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — we print, stretch or frame your canvas only after you place your order. That means two stages before it reaches your wall.

1. Production — 3 to 6 business days

Your artwork is printed and finished by hand in our US workshop.

2. Shipping — after your order leaves the workshop

• Standard Shipping — 5 to 7 business days
• Express Shipping — 3 to 5 business days

Carriers: USPS, UPS and FedEx. Every order ships fully tracked.

How long in total

Standard: about 8 to 13 business days from order to doorstep. Express: about 6 to 11 business days.

Your tracking link

Your tracking link is created only once production is complete and your parcel is on its way — not at the moment you order. We email it to you the same day your piece leaves the workshop. Please then allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's first scan to appear.

If your order doesn't arrive

If it has not arrived within 30 days, we refund you in full, no questions asked. Email care@cupcus.com.

Changes to your order

Email care@cupcus.com before 11:00 pm PT on the day you order, while your piece is still in production.
