All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the U.S. The shipments are fully tracked—from our door to yours.

Modification (for personalized product) and Cancellation of an order is allowed on or before 11:00 pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day. After that time, the cancellation/modification will no longer be entertained.
