Modification (for personalized product) and Cancellation of an order is allowed on or before 11:00 pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day. After that time, the cancellation/modification will no longer be entertained.

RETURN POLICY

We believe that returning the product would cost you both time and money, and we would like to make things as easy as possible for you. If there is an issue with your order, we will refund or send you a replacement. Please following the Refund and Replacement policy below:

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

At CupCus, your satisfaction is our number one concern.
If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect, damage, wrong item, or a printing quality issue, You are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us at care@cupcus.com within 20 days of receiving your order including the informations below:

  • Delivery address

If your claim is approved, we can issue a full refund or provide you with a replacement free of charge.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on the condition of payment, you will receive your refund within the following:

Debit/Credit Card: You can see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

2. Does my CupCus tumbler work for cold and hot beverages?

Absolutely! Our tumblers aren't just about keeping your beloved cold drinks chilled to perfection for up to 12 hours; they're also engineered to keep your hot beverages warm for 5 hours. Whether it's a refreshing iced tea or a cozy hot coffee, alcoholic or not, your favorite CupCus tumbler has got you covered for every sip.

3. What materials are used in your products?

All of our products are made from stainless steel. The gaskets that create the suction effect do have some plastic and rubberized material. All items are latex and BPA free.

We use powder coating for our solid colors, and high-quality paint for design & glitter finishes. All of our materials are Prop 65 compliant and go through rigorous testing to ensure safety!

4. Is it possible for me to customize or alter small details on the tumbler to fit my personal preferences?

Care Instructions

1. Can I put my CupCus tumbler in the microwave?

No. Every CupCus is made with stainless steel and should never be put in a microwave.

2. How can I clean these stainless steel tumblers?

Our stainless steel tumblers are super easy to clean. To ensure their longevity, we recommend hand washing them with water and a mild detergent. This approach helps maintain their quality and appearance over time.

3. Can I put my CupCus in the refrigerator or freezer?

Please do not put your CupCus in the freezer! Putting our products in the freezer can ruin them and voids the warranty.

Additionally, you do not need to put your CupCus in the refrigerator. Our double-insulated tumblers were designed to keep your beverage from being affected by outside conditions. This means if you put them in the fridge, it will not change the temperature of the liquid.

We recommend chilling your beverage to the desired temperature before using your CupCus!

Shipping and Delivery

1. How long does it take to receive products and where is it from?

Orders are produced in 3-5 business days and take another 4-8 days for USA domestic delivery, totaling 7-10 business days from purchase.

All items ship from our USA facility using trusted carriers like UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

2. Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Please note that the shipping rates and fees may vary based on your country or region.

3. How can I track my order?
