RETURN POLICY

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect, damage, wrong item, or a printing quality issue, lost in transit. You are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us at care@cupcus.com within 20 days of receiving your order including the informations below:

If your claim is approved, we can issue a full refund or provide you with a replacement free of charge.

What is Framed Canvas?
This chic choice provides a contemporary look. Our float frames include a wrapped canvas mounted on an elegant frame, creating a three-dimensional illusion. Our framed canvases come well-packaged, ready to hang, and they are resistant to humidity and fading.
What is the Framed Canvas Made of?
The images on our framed canvases are printed on 330 GSM Polyester Canvas using high-density UV pigments. The frames come in satin black, white, natural wood, silver, or gold color options. We use 100% solid American poplar wood for our Float Mount frame option. Our Flat Mount frame is made from durable polystyrene.
Which Type of Printers & Inks is Used for Canvas Printing?
We use the latest HP Latex printers with UL Certified GREENGUARD GOLD Ink for a water-resistant matte finish that won't scratch, crack, fade, or warp, ensuring reduced indoor pollution and chemical exposure.
Does the canvas arrive ready to hang?
Yes, ready to hang - It arrives with pre-installed sawtooth hanging hardware.
